目的通过分析全科医学岗位培训效果,探讨社区医护人员岗位培训的最佳方法和有效途径,提高全科医学岗位培训的质量。方法采用自行设计问卷,整群抽样的方式,对参加长春市全科医学培训的社区医护人员1200人(其中全科医师521人、社区护士679人)进行问卷调查、个别访谈,并对调查获得的全部资料进行SPSS13.0统计处理。结果长春市社区卫生服务人员年龄偏大;学历层次偏低,尤其是社区护士中专学历占53.76%;职称结构以初级、中级为主,特别是社区护士初级职称占57.88%。学员对全科医学岗位培训的总体满意率达82.40%,综合考试总成绩平均分数为83.95分。结论科学开展全科医学岗位培训工作,是增强社区医护人员服务意识、更新服务理念、提高服务水平的有效途径,是促进区域社区卫生服务持续发展的重要保证。
Objective To analyze the effect of postgraduate training in general practice, discuss the best ways and effective ways of post training for community health workers, and improve the quality of general medical post training. Methods A questionnaire and individual interviews were conducted among 1,200 community health workers who participated in the Changchun general practice training (including 521 general practitioners and 679 community nurses) by means of self-designed questionnaire and cluster sampling. All the data SPSS13.0 statistical processing. Results The community health service personnel in Changchun City were older and had a lower level of education. In particular, 53.76% of them were community nurses with secondary education. The structure of job titles was mainly primary and intermediate, with 57.88% of the junior titles of community nurses in particular. The general satisfaction rate of trainees for general medical post training reached 82.40%, and the average score of the total score of comprehensive examinations was 83.95 points. Conclusion Scientific training of general medical post is an effective way to enhance community service awareness, update service concept and improve service level. It is also an important guarantee to promote the sustainable development of community health service.
