民用宽体客机发动机选型模式决策

发动机选型是民用飞机选型中最重要的工作之一,直接关系着飞机性能和全寿命经济性的优劣。作为主制造商,面对高度垄断的发动机制造行业,决策最优的发动机选型模式至关重要。本文以民用宽体客机为研究对象,利用层次分析法建立民用宽体客机发动机选型模式评估体系,分析不同类型项目条件下最优的发动机选型模式。评估结果显示,对于新研发机型的项目,发动机以单供应商最为有效,成熟机型的新研制项目,以双供应商为最优。 Engine selection is one of the most important tasks in the selection of civil aircraft, directly related to the pros and cons of aircraft performance and life-cycle economy. As a leading manufacturer, in the face of a highly monopolized engine manufacturing industry, the optimal decision-making engine selection model is of crucial importance. In this paper, civil wide-body passenger aircraft as the research object, the use of analytic hierarchy process to establish civil wide-body aircraft engine selection model evaluation system, analysis of different types of projects under the optimal engine selection model. The evaluation results show that for the newly developed model project, the engine is the single-supplier most effective, mature project of the newly developed dual supplier.
