党的十四大最大的历史功绩,是对邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论进行了新的概括和全面阐发,进一步确定了这一伟大理论在我国社会主义现代化建设中的指导地位。十四大号召要坚持用建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装全党。因此,我们学习领会十四大精神,最根本的是学习邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论,完整准确地掌握这个理论的精神实质,并把它付诸实践,指导我们的各项工作。
The greatest historical achievement of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a new generalization and an overall analysis of Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, further confirming the guiding position of this great theory in the socialist modernization drive of our country. The 14th Congress called on all party members armed with the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, when we study and understand the spirit of the 14th CPC National Congress, we should learn from Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, master the essence of this theory completely and accurately, put it into practice and guide all our work.
