火车跑得快,全靠车头带;办所好学校,一定要有个好校长。当个好校长,需要具备极高的教育思想、管理智慧、教学能力、科研意识、创新视野、影响力等,一句话,校长必须是个品格高尚的全能人才。我自29岁当校长后,一直在竭尽全力地执著追求着;08年合校以来,我校多措并举,连续三年中招成绩在全县名列前茅。虽然取得了一点成绩,但我依然觉得未能实现当个好校长的夙愿,我深切地体会到办所好学校真难!如今,年知天命,回首往昔,虽不见丰碑,但也少遗憾,确实丰富了自己的人生,现有几点体悟与大家分享。

When a good principal, you need to have a very high educational thinking, management wisdom, teaching ability, scientific research awareness, innovative vision, influence, etc. In a word, the principal must be a noble and versatile talent. Since I was 29, I have been doing my utmost to pursue my passion. Since joining the school in 2008, my school has taken the initiative to take the lead and took the lead in the county for three consecutive years. Although I have made some achievements, I still feel that I failed to achieve the aspirations of being a good principal. I deeply understand that it is so hard to run a good school! Now, knowing the destiny and looking back past the past, Indeed enriched his life, the current understanding of how we share with you.
