《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》提出:教育者要尊重幼儿发展的个体差异。在教育的过程中,应当对所有幼儿一视同仁,同时面对班级中比较特殊的儿童,还应当使用适宜的教育手段帮助幼儿融入集体。可以通过适度的关注、营造集体的关爱、帮助幼儿表现自身开始,让幼儿从安全感的获取开始,渐渐融入到常规的交往环境中去,形成健康的性格与品质发展。
The Guide for Learning and Development of 3-6 Years Old puts forward that educators should respect the individual differences of young children’s development. In the process of education, all young children should be treated equally and at the same time facing the special children in the class, appropriate educational means should be used to help young children integrate into the community. Through proper attention, we can create collective care, help children to start their own performance, and help children get started with the acquisition of a sense of security and gradually integrate themselves into the normal environment of communication so as to form a healthy character and quality development.
