空心件楔横轧成形过程比较复杂 ,作者根据楔横轧变形原理和变形特点 ,指出楔横轧变形有明显的宏观拉拔特性 ;进行了空心件楔横轧成形过程的应力分析 ;研究了空心件楔横轧成形过程壁厚变化的规律 ,并给出了根据工艺条件预测壁厚变化值的公式。研究结果对楔横轧工艺在轧制空心阶梯轴类件的应用具有指导意义
According to the deformation principle and the cross-rolling deformation of the wedge, the author pointed out that the wedge-rolling deformation has obvious macro-drawing characteristics. The stress analysis of the hollow cross-wedge rolling process was carried out. Wedge cross-rolling process of the formation of wall thickness changes, and gives the prediction of wall thickness according to the process conditions the value of the formula. The research results have guiding significance to the application of cross wedge rolling process in rolling hollow stepped shaft
