中国的民族文化源远流长,以中国为中心的儒家文化圈对中国的组织文化有着重要而深刻的影响,本文试图从民族文化和公共组织文化的关系出发,从＂组织文化＂的起源、价值观的角度以及公共组织文化的冲突与融合的角度来探讨它们之间的关系,从而寻找出中国公共组织文化发展的良好路径。
