目的:观察香米汤合参附注射液对中晚期结肠癌患者体力指数和肿瘤标志物的作用。方法:应用自拟香米汤合参附注射液治疗中晚期结肠癌患者36例,并与应用化疗的16例患者作对照。结果:治疗后中药组体力指数(Karnofsky评分)明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);而化疗组与治疗前比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后肿瘤标志物CEA及CA19-9,与治疗前比较均有一定程度降低,但差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:香米汤合参附注射液治疗中晚期结肠癌有良好作用,在体力指数提升方面优势明显。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xiangmi Decoction and Shenfu Injection on physical index and tumor markers in patients with advanced colon cancer. Methods: Thirty-six patients with advanced colon cancer were treated with self-made Xiangmi Decoction and Shenfu Injection, and compared with 16 patients treated with chemotherapy. Results: After treatment, Karnofsky score of TCM group was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between chemotherapy group and before treatment (P> 0.05 ). The tumor markers CEA and CA19-9 after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Xiangmi Tang combined with injection treatment of advanced colon cancer has a good effect, significant improvement in physical strength index.
