采用 HPL C法 ,对中药制剂神应一号冲剂中芍药苷的含量进行测定 ,平均回收率为 99.5 7% ,RSD为0 .5 9%。结果表明 :用本法测定神应一号冲剂中芍药苷的含量 ,结果准确、灵敏、方法简便
The HPL C method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Shenying No.1 granules. The average recovery rate was 99.57%, and RSD was 0.59%. The results showed that the content of paeoniflorin in Shenyinghao granules was determined by this method. The results were accurate, sensitive, and simple.
