随着中国经济的飞速发展以及与国际接轨的逐渐紧密,各行各业对于职校学生的英语实际交际能力均提出了不同的岗位能力要求,因此,英语就成为了职校生的一门必修课程,尽管如此,职校英语的教学质量和效果整体不容乐观,出现了学生厌学,教师厌教的状况。本文首先从学生素质入手,接着转至学校学习大环境,综合分析了这一问题存在的根本原因,之后,笔者以多年教学心得体会和取得的成绩为依据,详谈了合理完善的综合考评体系对学生学习英语所起到的优良效果。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasingly close international standards, all walks of life have put forward different post competency requirements for the practical communicative competence of students in vocational schools. Therefore, English has become a compulsory course for vocational school students, In spite of this, the quality and effectiveness of English teaching in vocational schools are not optimistic as a whole. There is a situation that students are tired of learning and teachers are afraid of teaching. This article first starts with the students’ qualities, and then goes to the school learning environment, comprehensively analyzes the root causes of this problem. After that, based on many years of teaching experiences and achievements, I elaborate on a sound and comprehensive evaluation system Good effect on students learning English.
