在高中阶段,生物学科是一门非常重要的学科,对于学生的综合发展起到了重要的推动作用。随着新课标实施的不断深入,高中生物教学更加注重其教学的有效性,这也是众多学者一直在追求的目标。学习动机会直接体现在学习的效率上,能够直接影响到教学的有效性。所以教师在高中生物教学过程中,应该注重研究学生的学习动机。采用激励的政策使增强学生学习动机的有效方法,能够使学生更加积极地进行学习,保证了教学的效率,同时对于提高学生的综合能力有着重要的帮助作用。
In high school, the Department of Biology is a very important subject and plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive development of students. With the deepening of the implementation of the new curriculum standard, high school biology teaching pays more attention to the effectiveness of its teaching, which is the goal that many scholars have been pursuing. Learning motivation is directly reflected in the efficiency of learning and can directly affect the effectiveness of teaching. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to studying students’ learning motivation in the process of biology teaching in high schools. The use of incentive policies to enhance students’ learning motivation is an effective way to enable students to learn more actively and ensure the efficiency of teaching. At the same time, it has an important role in helping students improve their comprehensive ability.
