探讨了离散小波变换在齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用 ,通过对测取的齿轮箱振动信号进行离散小波变换 ,可有效提取齿轮箱螺栓拉断的故障信息 ,为今后判断、预防同类事故及事后确定故障部位提供了有效的分析手段。
The application of discrete wavelet transform to gearbox fault diagnosis is discussed. By the discrete wavelet transform of the detected gearbox vibration signal, the fault information of gearbox bolt can be effectively extracted, which can be used for judging and preventing similar accidents and determining afterwards Fault location provides an effective means of analysis.
