深圳市龙岗区侨办、侨联自从１９９７年建立侨务、侨联工作月度例会制度以来，基层侨务、侨联工作面貌一新，成绩斐然。实践证明，侨务、侨联工作月度例会是侨乡做好侨务工作的基本经验。 龙岗区侨务、侨联工作月度例会制度实行两年来，取得的经验主要有以下几项： （一）上传
Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Overseas Chinese Union of Longgang District, Shenzhen Since the establishment of the monthly regular system of overseas Chinese affairs and overseas Chinese federation work in 1997, the overseas Chinese affairs and overseas Chinese federations at the grass-roots level have achieved impressive results. Practice shows that the monthly regular meetings of overseas Chinese affairs and overseas Chinese federation work are the basic experiences of overseas Chinese in doing well in overseas Chinese affairs. Longgang District overseas Chinese affairs, the Federation of Returnedons work monthly regular system for two years, the experience gained are the following: (a) upload
