随着社会经济高速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,在带来经济增长的同时,也使企业经营发展面临着严峻的经济风险.而作为老牌国有企业的邮政企业,正处于企业转型发展关键时期,资金管理不规范,不但会增加企业运营成本,甚至可能会危及到企业的正常经营管理.基于此,邮政企业根据现代企业管理的内部要求,积极顺应形势,通过开展全网资金管理工作,提升资金资产管控能力,降低企业资金成本,从而逐步实现企业降本增效的根本目的.
