设4个不同单株的留果数量,研究不同负载量对火焰无核葡萄单穗重、百粒重、产量、果实着色程度、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸(TA)含量、糖/酸比、新梢粗度和成熟率等的影响,摸清在新疆维吾尔自治区生态条件下,生产优质、高产火焰无核葡萄果实所需的最适宜负载量。结果表明,合理降低负载量能提高火焰无核葡萄百粒重、单穗重、着色率和果实的品质,在每株留果15穗(处理1)、25穗(处理2)时,平均单株产量分别为10.5 kg和14.3 kg,比留果45穗(处理4)分别降低了50.1%和32.5%;虽然单株产量降低,但处理1、处理2的百粒重和单穗重分别比处理4增加32.2%、15.4%和49.81%、21.5%,且处理1、处理2的葡萄着色率、TSS含量和糖酸比极显著高于处理4。可见,火焰无核葡萄单株负载量控制在15~25穗,即每667 m~2产量在1 800~2 400 kg时,不论从外观品质还是内在品质来看,都有良好表现,综合性状与经济效益最好。
