瑜伽教学内容的优化可以有效缓解高职院校学生的心理压力,培养学生的气质,同时也能够锻炼学生的肌肉和形体,是现代社会中流行的健身方式之一。瑜伽在九十年代初传入我国,较晚和落后于欧美、港台、澳洲。但近年来的非常流行。现在许多健身房开设了瑜伽健身课,许多高校也举办了业余瑜伽培训班,参加的人数在逐渐增多,规模也在逐渐扩大。瑜伽运动作为一种即传统又时尚的健身方式,以其奇特的魅力被越来越多的女大学生所青睐。
