本文以 Douglas 数值方法为基础,导出了直角坐标和圆柱坐标包含相变潜热的三维差分方程。采用虚拟节点方法和能量平衡方法处理各种不同类型的边界条件,并编制了计算机应用软件,其计算结果与实测结果基本吻合。通过计算机模拟,本文提出了一些改进现行工艺的建议;提出了加热炉最优加热控制方案,对节能和提高热处理件质量具有重要意义。
Based on the Douglas numerical method, this paper derives the three-dimensional difference equations of rectangular coordinates and cylindrical coordinates containing the latent heat of phase transformation. The virtual node method and the energy balance method are used to deal with various types of boundary conditions, and the computer application software is compiled. The calculation results are in good agreement with the measured results. Through computer simulation, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the current technology. Proposed heating furnace optimal heating control scheme is of great significance to energy conservation and improve the quality of heat treatment parts.
