文章对商用飞机产业的研制特点和全寿命周期内各阶段的主要测试内容进行了介绍,对服务于产业的计量活动本质进行了分析,详细阐述了可计量性设计、数字化计量平台和参与国际行业计量标准制定等计量测试在商用飞机全寿命周期的实际应用案例。通过这些应用实例来说明计量测试工作必须紧贴产业发展中的实际需求,预先分析和规划,运用最新数字化科技手段,加强行业内国际计量技术交流合作,发挥计量测试对我国商用飞机产业的支撑和引领作用。
This paper introduces the characteristics of the commercial aircraft industry and the main testing contents of each stage in the whole life cycle, analyzes the essence of the measurement service activities in the industry, and elaborates on the feasibility of quantifiable design, digital measurement platform and participation in the international industry Metrology standards and other measurement tests in the commercial aircraft life cycle of the practical application case.
