为了测定烟叶中的铝含量,研究了芸香苷与铝的显色反应.在pH=5.6 HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中和溴化十六烷基三甲基胺(CTMAB)存在下,芸香苷与铝反应生成稳定的络合物.该络合物的λmax=430nm,ε=4.45×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铝含量在0~ 10μg/25ml内符合比尔定律,结合微波消化样品技术,建立了一种烟草样品中铝含量测定的新方法.平行5次测定,该方法的RSD在1.8% ~2.4%之间,标准回收率为96% ~ 102%,说明该法可用于烟叶中的铝含量测定.,The color reaction of rutin with Al(Ⅲ) was studied.A stable yellow complex was formed while rutin reacted with Al(Ⅲ) in the pH =5.6 HAc-NaAc buffer solution with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB).The molar absorptivity of the complex was 4.45 × 104 L· mol-1 · cm-1 at 430nm.The absorptivity of the complex was fitted in Beer’s law in the concentration range of 0 ~ 10μg Al(Ⅲ)/25ml.A new method for determin ing the content of Al in tobacco was established by testing absorptivity of the complex.The relative standard deviation and recovery of this method were about 1.8% ~ 2.4% and 96% ~ 102%,respectively by five replicates.
