本文主要介绍了几种有机氯化物即AOX的治理技术,针对产生AOX的过程和漂白废水中的AOX进行预防和治理。实验表明,含氯漂剂是产生AOX的根源,因此采用深度脱木素减少进入漂白段浆中木素的含量和用无氯漂剂代替含氮漂剂都是预防产生AOX的有效措施。对含氯漂白废水中的AOX进行治理是现阶段采用的主要措施,这些措施主要包括:对漂白废水进行生化处理;采用化学方法对废水进行预处理再进行生化处理。通常采用的化学预处理方法有化学絮凝法和用含硫化合物的碱液处理法。
In this paper, several organic chloride (AOX) treatment technologies are introduced, which are aimed at AOX production and bleaching wastewater AOX prevention and treatment. Experiments show that chlorine bleaching agent is the source of AOX generation, so the use of deep delignification to reduce the content of bleached pulp lignin and bleach without chlorine bleach instead of bleaching agents are to prevent the production of AOX effective measures. The treatment of AOX in the bleaching wastewater containing chlorine is the main measure adopted at this stage. These measures mainly include: biochemical treatment of bleaching wastewater; pretreatment of the wastewater by chemical methods and biochemical treatment. Common chemical pretreatment methods are chemical flocculation and lye treatment with sulfur compounds.
