2008年全球金融危机以来,国际石油价格经历了暴涨、暴跌的大起大落,石油危机与金融危机相互交织、相互影响。中国从1993年成为石油净进口国,进口总量逐年快速增长,石油危机和石油安全问题也随之引起广泛关注。
Since the global financial crisis in 2008, the international oil prices have experienced skyrocketing ups and downs. The oil and financial crises have been intertwined and influenced each other. Since 1993, China has become a net importer of petroleum. The total volume of imports has risen rapidly year by year. The oil crisis and oil security problems have also drawn wide attention.
