目的了解苏州市市售动物性产品中喹诺酮类抗生素的残留现状。方法 2011年6月—2012年3月随机选择苏州市农贸市场上常见动物性食品及苏州市特色水产品,共采集175份样品,采用超高效液相色谱/质谱进行喹诺酮类抗生素检测。结果 175份样品中,阳性检出50份,总检出率达28.6%,不同种类(鱼虾类、猪肉和猪肝类、鸡鸭类、蟹类)动物性食品中喹诺酮类抗生素检出率相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.42,P>0.05)。50份阳性样品中,恩诺沙星检出比例最高,占47.4%;氧氟沙星其次,占21.1%。结论苏州市市售动物性产品存在部分抗生素残留,需要加强水产品、禽肉产品养殖、销售的管理。
Objective To understand the status quo of quinolone antibiotics in animal products on the market in Suzhou. Methods From June 2011 to March 2012, a total of 175 samples of common animal foods and special aquatic products from Suzhou were selected randomly from the market of farmers in Suzhou. The quinolone antibiotics were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry. Results Of the 175 samples, 50 were positive and the total detection rate was 28.6%. The detection rate of quinolone antibiotics in different kinds of foodstuffs (fish, shrimp, pork, pig, crab) Compared with no significant difference (χ2 = 1.42, P> 0.05). In 50 positive samples, the highest proportion of enrofloxacin was detected, accounting for 47.4%; ofloxacin followed by 21.1%. Conclusion There are some antibiotic residues in the animal products on the market in Suzhou City. It is necessary to strengthen the management of aquaculture products and poultry products breeding and sales.
