为了解宁夏固原地区回族和汉族健康人群血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)水平,特做200名IgG、IgA、IgM含量测定,现将结果简要报告如下。材料和方法选择体检合格,各项肝功能试验正常,乙型肝炎表面抗原阴性之献血员及正常成人共200人为检测对象。实验所用标准抗血清(批号78—1)及标准参考血清(批号77—12)均系上海生物制品研究所生产。实验采用单向琼脂扩散法。
In order to understand the level of serum immunoglobulin (Ig) in healthy population of Hui and Han nationality in Guyuan area of Ningxia, 200 IgG, IgA and IgM levels were determined. The results are briefly reported as follows. Materials and methods to choose a medical examination, the liver function test is normal, hepatitis B surface antigen-negative blood donors and normal adults a total of 200 people as the test object. The standard antiserum (batch number 78-1) and standard reference serum (batch number 77-12) used in the experiment were all produced by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products. Experiments using one-way agar diffusion method.
