卡尔玛DRD450型集装箱正面吊,是我国港口集装箱流动吊装作业的主力车型。在使用过程中多次发生挂挡不走车故障。为此我们结合其换挡工作原理,总结出该故障的排查方法。现介绍给读者,以对维修人员快速查找故障部位提供帮助。1.换挡工作原理该集装箱正面吊配装CLARK36000型动力换挡变速器,通过行走电控换挡系统对变速器的换挡进行控制。(1)动力传动及液控系统发动机输出的动力,通过飞轮及连接盘传递到动力换挡变速器。动力换挡变速器内有变矩器和变速器。变矩器依靠具有一定压力的液力传动油传递动力,当发动机转速为2000r/min且不挂
