在迅速发展的网络环境下,我国初步建立的电子党务平台已经成为党建工作的一种全新模式,发挥着日益显著的作用。然而,电子党务信息的安全面临严峻挑战,电子党务信息安全管理中存在的不容忽视的问题,迫切需要从技术和管理两个层面加以解决,关键是要加大信息安全管理力度。要进一步完善电子党务信息安全保障机制,加强对电子党务信息的监管力度,实施战略管理和系统内部的目标管理,完善相关法规与制度,并且要培养和造就一大批精通技术、擅长管理的高素质人才,这样才能免除我国电子党务信息安全管理的后顾之忧。
Under the rapidly developing network environment, the platform of e-party affairs initially established in our country has become a brand new mode of party building and plays an increasingly significant role. However, the security of e-party information is facing severe challenges. The problems that can not be ignored in e-party information security management urgently need to be solved both technically and managerially. The key is to intensify the management of information security. It is necessary to further improve the electronic party affairs information security mechanism, strengthen the supervision of electronic party affairs information, implement strategic management and target management within the system, improve the relevant laws and regulations and systems, and cultivate and foster a large number of highly skilled and good at management of high quality Talent, so as to relieve the worries of our country’s electronic party affairs information security management.
