通过研究不同营养和环境条件对侧耳属3个主要栽培种菌株菌丝生长速度和生长势培养特性的影响,明确了侧耳属3个种菌株菌丝生长的最适温度,平菇为25℃、杏鲍菇为30℃、秀珍菇为25℃;最适pH值,平菇为6~7、杏鲍菇和秀珍菇均为6;最适碳源,平菇为果糖、杏鲍菇为淀粉、秀珍菇为葡萄糖;最适氮源,平菇和秀珍菇为酵母膏、杏鲍菇为牛肉膏。
By studying the effects of different nutrition and environmental conditions on the mycelial growth rate and growth potential of three major cultivated species of Pleurotus, the optimal temperature for mycelial growth of three species of Pleurotus was determined. Pleurotus ostreatus was 25 ℃, Pleurotus eryngii at 30 ℃, show Guizhu 25 ℃; optimum pH, Pleurotus ostreatus 6 to 7, Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus ostreatus are 6; optimum carbon source, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii starch , Xiuzhen mushroom glucose; optimum nitrogen source, Pleurotus ostreatus and Xiuzhen mushroom yeast extract, Pleurotus eryngii beef extract.
