2010年11月23日,全球第7大轮胎企业韩泰轮胎宣布与重庆市政府签署建设韩泰轮胎中国第3工厂的投资协议。该工厂选址在重庆两江新区鱼嘴镇鱼复工业园区内,总投资9.5亿美元,项目用地为53万m2,预计2011年初正式动工,2015年底建成投产。新工厂建成后,将主要生产乘用车和卡客车轮胎,年产能为1150万条,预计投产后每年销售额将达10亿美元,同时解决4600个就业岗位。
On November 23, 2010, Hankook Tire, the 7th largest tire manufacturer in the world, announced the signing of an investment agreement with Chongqing Municipal Government for the construction of Hankook Tire China No.3 Plant. The plant is located in Yufu Industrial Park, Yuzui Town, Liangjiang New District, Chongqing with a total investment of 950 million U.S. dollars. The project site is 530,000 m2. It is expected to start construction in early 2011 and put into operation by the end of 2015. After the completion of the new plant, it will mainly produce passenger car and truck bus tires with an annual production capacity of 11.5 million. It is estimated that annual sales after the project is put into production will reach 1 billion U.S. dollars and 4600 jobs will be solved at the same time.
