基于LabVIEW和PLC设计了液压支架工况自动控制系统。主要从系统整体结构、液压系统原理、PLC程序、数据通信以及界面操作等方面进行了设计。采用PLC作为下位机实时存储采集支架压力、位移、倾角等工况信息,并且在以PC机和LabVIEW为上位机中进行数据的处理与显示,提高了对液压支架的实时控制性,具有很好的效果。
