目的全面掌握县区疾病预防控制机构消毒相关专业人员业务素质与技术能力情况,以便有针对性地开展业务培训与技术考核,提高消毒检测工作能力,促进规范化建设。方法采用问卷调查、现场观察与资料调阅等方法进行。结果县区疾控专业人员能掌握一般消毒监测知识与技能,但知识与技术更新不及时,实验室管理及消毒检测能力有待提高。结论应加强队伍建设,提高人员素质;以内部奖惩为动力,促进技术能力的提高;以外部资质考核推动内部管理水平的提高。
Objective To comprehensively understand the professional qualifications and technical capabilities of disinfectant-related professionals in CDC’s agencies in order to conduct targeted training and technical assessment, improve the ability of disinfection and testing and promote standardization. Methods Using questionnaires, on-site observation and data retrieval and other methods. Results The CDC professionals in the county can master the knowledge and skills of general disinfection monitoring, but the knowledge and technology are not updated in a timely manner and the laboratory management and disinfection and testing capabilities need to be improved. Conclusion The construction of the team should be strengthened to improve the quality of personnel. With internal rewards and punishments as the driving force, the promotion of technical capabilities should be promoted. The evaluation of external qualifications should be used to promote the improvement of internal management.
