目的:探讨医护合作模式在护理疑难病例讨论中的应用效果。方法:采用自设问卷,调查501名参加疑难病例讨论的医生、护士、药剂人员对医护合作疑难病例讨论的认知。结果:86.16%的医护人员均认为能增加团队凝聚力,80.99%的医护人员认为拓宽了专业知识面,74.79%的医护人员认为积累了临床经验,61.57%的医护人员认为提升了思维能力。结论:医护合作护理疑难病例讨论加强了医生、护士相互的认可,提高医生和护士的整体素质,提高护理工作效率和护理质量,促进医护之间的和谐关系。 Objective: To explore the application effect of the mode of medical cooperation in discussing the difficult cases of nursing. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of the doctors, nurses and pharmacists who participated in the difficult case discussion about the difficult case discussion of medical cooperation. Results: 86.16% of the medical staffs believed that they could increase the team cohesion, 80.99% of the medical staffs thought they broaden their professional knowledge, 74.79% of the medical staff thought they had accumulated clinical experience and 61.57% of the medical staff thought that their thinking ability was improved. Conclusion: The discussion of difficult case of cooperative care in medical care strengthens the mutual recognition between doctors and nurses, improves the overall quality of doctors and nurses, improves the efficiency of nursing work and the quality of nursing, and promotes the harmonious relationship between medical care.
