新课程标准将原来的“以知识为本”的教学转向“以学生的发展为本位”的教学。其一个重要的表现为“学生能力的发展”。科技创作活动不仅有利于多种能力的培养与智力开发,更是人类发展的需要。因而教师在教学中必须有意识地激发学生的科技创作潜能,培养学生的科技创作能力。
The new curriculum standard will be the original “knowledge-based ” teaching to “student-based development ” teaching. An important manifestation of this is “the development of student ability”. Scientific and technological activities not only conducive to the cultivation of a variety of capabilities and intellectual development, but also the needs of human development. Therefore, teachers in teaching must be conscious to stimulate students ’creative potential of science and technology, develop students’ ability of scientific and technological creativity.
