蜈蚣来源于蜈蚣科少棘巨蜈蚣的干燥体,具有息风止痉、攻毒散结之效。按90版《药典》规定,蜈蚣八汤剂剂量为2.5～4.5g,而目前临床应用蜈蚣却多是以条为单位,即使有些处方以克为单位,调剂人员也不得不使其改为条。受药材产地、喂养、捕捉时间等因素的影响,商品蜈蚣个体大小相差较大,我们在配方时,随机抽取同一批蜈蚣20条,按个体大小分为2组,每组10条,去头足及竹片后称量,结果大蜈蚣组总重量为14.1g,平均重量为1.41g,小蜈蚣组总重量为5.2g,平均重量为0.52g,两组蜈蚣每条平均重量相差近3倍。
