以ROC11为试验材料,采用液体培养与固体培养相结合的方法,研究BR对甘蔗组培过程中各个培养阶段的影响。结果表明:从诱导培养到增殖培养的各个阶段都可以使用BR。在诱导培养阶段以Ms+2,4-D0.1mg/L+BR0.0001mg/L的诱导效果最好;在分化培养阶段,以Ms+BR0.001mg/L+NAA1mg/L分化率最高;在增殖培养阶段,以Ms+6-BA0.01mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+BRO.0001mg/L的增殖效果为最好。但在生根培养阶段则不宜使用BR。
ROC11 was used as experimental material to study the effects of BR on the different culture stages of sugarcane tissue culture by using a combination of liquid culture and solid culture. The results show that BR can be used at all stages from induction to proliferation. The induction rate of Ms + 2,4-D0.1mg / L + BR0.0001mg / L was the best in the induction culture stage. The differentiation rate of Ms + BR0.001mg / L + NAA1mg / L was the highest in the differentiation culture stage. .01 mg / L + NAA0.2 mg / L + BRO. The proliferation of 0001mg / L is the best. However, it is not advisable to use BR during the rooting stage.
