新时期的中国,正经历着一场前所未有的社会转型。在这一进程中,作为执政和建设党的中国共产党,必须抓好自身建设,即新形势下必须坚持全面从严治党。加快全面从严治党建设,必须要找准落脚点和突破口,从坚定党员理想信念,严明党的纪律,加强党的作风建设,重拳出击以反对腐败四个方面进行努力。而这一建设必将有利于党治理能力的提高,有益于党源源不断的汲取合法性资源。
China in the new period is experiencing an unprecedented social transformation. In this process, the CPC, as the ruling party and the building party, must grasp its own construction, that is, it must persist in its overall strict control of the party in the new situation. To speed up the overall ruling party building strictly, we must find the proper place for entry and make breakthroughs. We must work hard from four aspects: strengthening our party members’ ideal and conviction, strictly discipline the party, strengthening the building of the party’s style of work and making heavy blows to oppose corruption. This construction will surely be conducive to the improvement of the party’s ability to govern and benefit the party’s steady stream of resources of legitimacy.
