中科院大连化物所天然产物与糖工程(1805)课题组成立于1996年,是我国最早开始糖工程研究的课题组之一。课题组的研究宗旨是“以服务于粮食安全、食品安全、能源安全等国家重大需求为指导目标;以糖生物学与糖工程等技术为基础;以糖类为对象,研究糖类的制备方法、活性功能、作用机理,形成和发展功能糖、能源糖的单元技术、集成技术及应用技术;解决与糖相关的重大科学和应用问题”。
Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian Institute of Natural Products and Natural Products Sugar Project (1805) Task Force was established in 1996, is China's earliest sugar research project one of the group.
