In order to meet the needs of improving the public financial system, deepening the fiscal reform and promoting the scientific and fine financial management, the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Finance conducted a new round of institutional reforms. The establishment of deputy bureau-level financial supervision bureau and strengthening the financial supervision responsibility are one of the highlights of this reform -
