目的:研究口腔鳞癌患者颌下腺细胞系(HSG)及颌下腺组织中HBD-1和HBD-2的表达和分布,为恶性肿瘤患者预防感染,提高机体免疫力提供理论依据。方法:应用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法观察HSG中HBD-1和HBD-2的表达;利用免疫组织化学方法观察6例口腔鳞癌颌下腺手术标本中HBD-1和HBD-2在腺泡和导管中的分布。结果:HSG中可检测出HBD-1和HBD-2的表达;颌下腺腺泡和导管中都有HBD-1和HBD-2分布。结论:口腔鳞癌患者颌下腺具有一定的免疫防御能力,颌下腺导管与恶性肿瘤抵御感染有密切关系。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression and distribution of HBD-1 and HBD-2 in submandibular gland cell line (HSG) and submandibular gland tissue in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and to provide a theoretical basis for preventing infection and improving immunity in malignant tumors. Methods: The expression of HBD-1 and HBD-2 in HSG were observed by RT-PCR. The expression of HBD-1 and HBD-1 in 6 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma submandibular gland were observed by immunohistochemistry -2 in acinar and ductal distribution. Results: The expressions of HBD-1 and HBD-2 were detected in HSG. The distributions of HBD-1 and HBD-2 in submandibular gland acini and duct were all observed. Conclusion: The submandibular gland of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma has a certain degree of immune defensive capacity. The submandibular gland duct is closely related to the resistance to malignant tumors.
