教师应对幼儿告状行为的策略研究

幼儿告状是幼儿教师最为头疼的事,因为幼儿告状的频率非常高,又几乎每个幼儿学生都喜欢告状。幼儿教师对学生告状的处理方法也需谨慎,否则会影响学生幼儿阶段的心理发展,甚至会给学生日后性格形成起到一定导向作用。本文通过分析幼儿告状的动机及类型,就幼儿教师如何应对学生告状提出几点建议。 Toddlers’ complaints are the most troubling thing for kindergarten teachers because toddlers complain frequently and almost every toddler student likes to sue. Kindergarten teachers also need to be cautious about how to deal with students ’complain. Otherwise, they will affect the psychological development of children during their early stages and may even play a guiding role in shaping students’ future character. This article analyzes the motives and types of early childhood complain, and puts forward some suggestions on how kindergarten teachers should deal with the students’ report.
