教师是民办高等职业学校发展的根本,本文针对民办高等职业学校的人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了管理优化对策。充分发挥教师的主动作用,充分体现现代人力资源管理的作用。
Teachers are the foundation for the development of private higher vocational schools.
