足球运动是增强学生身体健康、心理健康的重要手段之一。而目前大学生的心理健康问题已经成为教育界的热点问题,本文通过对从事足球运动的一些大学生进行调查,并结合足球运动自身特点和作用来阐释它对大学生心理健康的一些良性影响。
Football is one of the most important ways to enhance students’ health and mental health. At present, the mental health problem of college students has become a hot issue in the education field. This paper investigates some college students engaged in football and illustrates some of its positive effects on the mental health of college students by combining the characteristics and functions of football itself.
