液压支架弹簧的设计合理与否直接决定侧护板能否正常工作,对液压支架的支护效果影响很大。以ZY6000/20/40D型掩护式液压支架顶梁为例,分析其侧推机构的结构形式和受力情况,并对其侧推弹簧进行设计计算。
The design of the hydraulic support spring determines whether the side guard can work normally or not, which greatly affects the support effect of the hydraulic support. Taking the top beam of ZY6000 / 20 / 40D type shield hydraulic support as an example, the structure and force of the side pushing mechanism are analyzed and the side pushing spring is designed and calculated.
