随着我国社会经济、技术的迅猛发展和高职教育改革的不断深入,高职院校的班主任在学生培养和学生管理中起到了关键作用。根据职业教育的培养目标,以学生成长为出发点,通过高职院校生源分析和学生成长阶段分析,把阶段性班级管理思路引入高职班级管理之中,探讨不同阶段的管理办法。
With the rapid development of social economy and technology in our country and the continuous deepening of higher vocational education reform, the head teachers in higher vocational colleges play a key role in student training and student management. According to the training goal of vocational education, taking the growth of students as the starting point, through the analysis of student source and the growth stage of students in higher vocational colleges, the idea of gradual class management is introduced into the class management of higher vocational schools to explore the management methods at different stages.
