目的 探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响。方法 2 0 4例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组 ,干预组给予常规治疗和健康教育 ,对照组仅给予常规治疗。用SCL 90测量病人的心理卫生状况 ,并检查其空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白。结果 干预组病人干预前后SCL 90中强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病因子有所下降。两组病人空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白均有下降 ,但干预组较对照组下降明显。结论 健康教育可缓解糖尿病病人的心理压力 ,提高其治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on glycometabolism in diabetic patients. Methods Twenty-four diabetic patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was given routine treatment and health education, while the control group was given only conventional treatment. SCL 90 was used to measure the patient’s mental health status and to check its fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c. Results In the intervention group, forced, depressed, anxious, terrorist, paranoid and psychotic factors decreased in SCL 90 patients before and after intervention. Fasting blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c in both groups decreased, but the intervention group decreased significantly compared with the control group. Conclusion Health education can relieve the psychological pressure of diabetic patients and improve their therapeutic effect.
