在全球化时代,国家形象已经成为国家利益的重要内容。塑造良好的国家形象,无疑已成为事关我国发展前途的重大课题。公共外交和人文交流是让世界了解中国的有效途径,是塑造有亲和力的国家形象的主要方式。国家形象包含国家的政治、经济、文化以及社会风尚、自然环境、国民素质、生活质量等方面。一个有影响力的国家形象首先应该是一个充满鲜明民族色彩的形象,所以要塑造好的国家形象就要做好自身民族文化建设。30多年改革开放带来我国综合国力的显著上升,水到渠成地带出了文化强国的崭新命题。
In the era of globalization, the national image has become an important part of national interests. Building a sound national image has undoubtedly become a major issue that has a bearing on the development of our country. Public diplomacy and humanities exchanges are an effective way to let the world know about China and are the main ways to create an affinity for the country’s image. The national image contains the political, economic, cultural and social customs, the natural environment, the quality of the people and the quality of life of the country. An influential national image should first of all be an image full of distinct national colors. Therefore, to shape a good national image, we must do a good job in building our own national culture. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the overall national strength of our country has risen dramatically. As a result, a fresh proposition of cultural power has been brought forth.
