Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pain nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The patients in control group were given routine nursing interventions, and the patients in experimental group The pain care interventions were performed and the clinical recovery of the two groups was observed after a period of time. Results After a period of nursing intervention, the excellent rate of recovery of hip joint function, clinical recovery and satisfaction of nursing work in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group. The incidence of complication in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group , The results have significant differences, clinically statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Practicing pain nursing interventions for patients undergoing hip arthroplasty clinically can reduce the incidence of complication, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, improve patient’s hip function recovery, and consolidate the patient’s clinical Therapeutic effect has a wide range of clinical significance.
