中国土木工程学会第三届代表大会暨1962年年会于8月30日在北京召开,9月7日胜利閉幕。 年会得到各地土木工程工作者的重视,提出的论文达一百九十二篇,内容广泛,准备充分。以結构安全度为中心的各項专題学术报告,引起代表們很大的兴趣。結构安全度关系着建筑物的經济、合理、坚固、安全,是一个科学技术理論問题,也是一个技术政策問题。在討論这个专題时,有关于国内外这方面理論研究情况的介紹,有各方面在設計、科研中积累的經驗的交流。与会者热烈地展开了影响结构安全度的各种因素的
The third meeting of the China Civil Engineering Society and the 1962 annual meeting was held in Beijing on August 30th and ended on September 7th. The annual meeting was highly valued by civil engineering workers from all over the country. The number of papers proposed reached 192. The contents were extensive and prepared well. Thematic academic reports centred on structural safety have aroused great interest among delegates. The degree of structural safety is related to the economy, rationality, sturdiness, and safety of buildings. It is a scientific and technical theoretical problem and a technical policy issue. In discussing this topic, there are introductions on theoretical research in this area at home and abroad, and there are exchanges of experience accumulated in design and scientific research in various fields. The participants enthusiastically launched various factors that affected the safety of the structure.
