依法治档是档案事业发展的根本保障。行政执法责任制是党的十五大提出的加强行政机关依法行政的一项重要制度 ,也是贯彻依法治档方针的一项重要举措。近几年 ,各级档案部门在宣传贯彻《档案法》方面作了大量的工作 ,在社会上产生了较大影响 ,社会整体的档案意识有了较大提高。
File the file according to law is the fundamental guarantee for the development of the file industry. The responsibility system for administrative law enforcement is an important system put forward by the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to strengthen administration by law in accordance with the law and is also an important measure for implementing the principle of governing the archives in accordance with the law. In recent years, the archives departments at all levels have done a great deal of work in propaganda and implementation of the “Archives Law” and have had a great impact in the society. The awareness of archives in the society as a whole has been greatly improved.
