随着开发程度的不断提高,松南气田的许多产气井地层产能逐渐下降,产气量逐渐降低,而产液量逐渐增大,因此,必须选择合适的排水采气工艺,从而提高气井产能。本文结合松南采气厂气井的实际生产情况和各种动态生产参数,优选出涡流排水采气技术对YP7井、YP11井进行应用,并对该工艺技术应用效果进行评价及分析,希望可以将该方法推广应用到气田内类似气井,最终提高该地区气井的采收率。
With the continuous improvement of the development level, the productivity of many gas wells in Songnan gas field gradually decreases, and the gas production rate gradually decreases while the liquid production rate gradually increases. Therefore, proper drainage gas production process must be selected so as to improve gas well productivity. Based on the actual production situation and various dynamic production parameters of gas wells in Songnan Gas Production Plant, the application of vortex drainage gas production technology to YP7 well and YP11 well is optimized and the application effect of the technology is evaluated and analyzed. The method is applied to similar gas wells in the gas field and ultimately increases the recovery rate of gas wells in this area.
