1998、1999两年涉县科协紧紧围绕县委农村党建激励工作法,狠抓农函大招生工作,两年共招收学员693名。为使这些学员真正掌握专业技术知识,县科协特别注重了辅导工作,在工作中总结出了“四个结合”。一、辅导与调整产业结构相结合为促进农业产业化进程,县科协在招生时要求各乡镇因地制宜,围绕一两个专业招生,以便于集中辅导。河南店镇离县城较近,交通方便,水利条件好,种菜比种粮效益高,镇科协1998年集中招收蔬菜专业学员44人。镇农业技术员王美莲为教师,每月1日、15日全体学员到镇集中学习,他们很快掌握了蔬菜栽培
