《西宁市地下综合管廊管理办法》日前出台。该《办法》共五章33条,主要对综合管廊的规划、建设、运营与维护、安全保护、法律责任等进行了明确规定。这是西宁市首部关于城市地下综合管廊建设的管理办法,将对推进地下综合管廊的建设,切实提高建设和管理水平,建设具有前瞻性、综合性、合理性、实用性的地下管廊系统,解决管廊建设管理工作中存在的实际问题,使管廊建设管理有章可循具有十分重要的意义。
